Directory Update

The Chantilly Highlands Homeowners Association maintains a private database of homeowners contact information used for the mailing of annual homeowners association dues.

 

Additionally, it is used to notify homeowners in the event of an emergency and to keep our directory listings updated.

Chantilly Highlands is located in Oak Hill, VA. Our neighborhood has 909 homes built between 1980 and 1994.

Our streets are lined with sidewalks, and most sections have streetlights. A playground, two playhouses, picnic benches and two tennis courts are situated next to our community center, complete with pool, baby pool, and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood.

Everything is convenient to Chantilly Highlands. Giant, Sears Hardware, 5 restaurants and more are located less than a quarter-mile to the east at Franklin Farm Village Center.Bloom, CVS, 5 restaurants and more are located a quarter mile to the west on McLearen. The Fairfax Connector buses provide AM/PM rush hour service to Herndon-Monroe Park and Ride, with express buses to the West Falls Church Metro Station. A child care center is located on McLearen, and our elementary school kids attend Oak Hill Elementary on Kinross Circle in the center of our neighborhood.
