HOA Dues Notice
The 2011 invoice was mailed on or before April 1, 2011. If payment in full is postmarked by April 30, 2011, you will avoid a late payment fee of $25.00. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee and will not be returned or re-deposited. If you are not responsible for dues payment, and the proper party and address are not shown on the invoice you received, please notify the Association immediately. Email our Treasurer at CHHATreasurer@chha.org so we can contact you to update our records. Checks should include your lot number and be mailed to CHHA Post Office Box 710238, Oak Hill, VA 20171-0238.
