Directory Update

The Chantilly Highlands Homeowners Association maintains a private database of homeowners contact information used for the mailing of annual homeowners association dues.

 

Additionally, it is used to notify homeowners in the event of an emergency and to keep our directory listings updated.

 

We are currently preparing the 2009 Chantilly Highlands Directory. Will you please take a few minutes to update your listing by clicking on the link above? (All information is subject to verification.)

HOA Dues Notice

The 2010 invoice was mailed on or before March 1, 2010. If payment in full is postmarked by March 31, 2010, you will avoid a late payment fee of $25.00. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee and will not be returned or re-deposited. If you are not responsible for dues payment, and the proper party and address are not shown on the invoice you received, please notify the Association immediately.  Eemail our Treasurer at CHHATreasurer@chha.org so we can contact you to update our records. Checks should include your lot number and be mailed to CHHA Post Office Box 710238, Oak Hill, VA 20171-0238.
