The Neighborhood

Chantilly Highlands is located in Herndon, VA. Our neighborhood has 909 homes, ranging in date of construction (1980-1994), and all have 2, 3, 4, or more bedrooms. Our streets are lined with sidewalks, and streetlights are planned in all sections that don't currently have them. A playground, two playhouses, picnic benches and two tennis courts are situated next to our community center, complete with pool, baby pool, and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood. Everything is convenient to Chantilly Highlands. Giant, Sears Hardware, 5 restaurants and more are located less than a quarter-mile to the east at Franklin Farm Village Center. Food Lion, CVS, 5 restaurants and more are located a quarter mile to the west on McLearen. And Fairfax Connector buses provide AM/PM rush hour service to Herndon-Monroe Park and Ride, with express buses to the West Falls Church Metro Station. A child care center is located on McLearen, and our elementary school kids attend Oak Hill Elementary on Kinross Circle in the center of our neighborhood.
