Use this form to send in your request for the resale disclosure information package, which the Virginia Property Owners Act requires you to furnish to a prospective purchaser who enters a contract with you to purchase your home.
An inspection of your lot is required before the documents are released by the Association. Send this form and check to the address above.
Include, if available, any approval letters from the Architectural Control Committee for any improvements to your lot.
