Directory Update

The Chantilly Highlands Homeowners Association maintains a private database of homeowners contact information used for the mailing of annual homeowners association dues.

Additionally, it is used to notify homeowners in the event of an emergency and to keep our directory listings updated.

We are always updating the Chantilly Highlands Directory. Will you please take a few minutes to update your listing by clicking on the link above? (All information is subject to verification.)

Snow Removal Guidelines

  •  Fairfax County and VDOT are responsible for our roads and will clear the community roads as soon as they can after the primary roads.
  • Private entities like our CHHA are not allowed to contract for road clearing services.  We do contract to clear the parking lot and sidewalks next to the community center.
  •  If VDOT snow removal is unsatisfactory, call 1-800-FOR-ROAD (1-800-367-7623).  That's what the CHHA Board does.
  •  Please remove cars from the street and park them in driveways to make room for the plows when they arrive.  (last winter a VDOT Rep call because they received a lot of complaints from our community but there were several areas that the plows could not pass due to parked vehicles blocking access.)
  •  Residents are responsible for clearing the walkways around their home within 8 hours of the snow
  •  If you know your neighbors are gone, elderly, or need assistance please consider helping clean their walkway to make it safer for kids walking to school and bus stops.
