Directory Update

The Chantilly Highlands Homeowners Association maintains a private database of homeowners contact information used for the mailing of annual homeowners association dues.

Additionally, it is used to notify homeowners in the event of an emergency and to keep our directory listings updated.

We are always updating the Chantilly Highlands Directory. Will you please take a few minutes to update your listing by clicking on the link above? (All information is subject to verification.)

Traffic Calming

April Update

The Traffic Calming Task Force has been notified by Supervisor's Frey's office regarding the installation of the approved traffic calming devices.    VDOT has indicated that if the weather permits the installation of the traffic calming devices could occur within 30 days.     As more specific information becomes available, it will be posted on the CHHA website.

Mike Coyle of Supervisor Frey's office has sent us the following results:

"621 ballots were tallied with 409 residences voting yes and 212 residences no.  The residences voting comprise 68% of the petition area and of those that voted 65% voted in favor of the plan.  As you are aware, this meets the criteria to pass the proposed traffic calming plan."

FCDOT has been notified of the results, and will add this item to their agenda.  We do not have specifics on installation, but we are hopeful that the 3 humps and 2 raised crosswalks will be installed by late spring or early summer.
