Chantilly Highlands is located in Oak Hill, Va. Our neighborhood has 909 single family homes built between 1980 – 1994. Our streets are lined with sidewalks and lights. Amenities include a playground (that was recently renovated) with picnic benches. Tennis courts, along with a beautiful Community Center. There is a pool, baby pool, and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood.

Our playground was completely updated in 2015. The renovation included playground-certified mulch, sub-surface drainage system, handicapped ramp, and play equipment.

Tennis Anyone?
Our tennis courts were resurfaced in 2015, The courts were painted US-Open blue/green color scheme. Chantilly International Tennis offers instructional tennis programs to our residents.
Olympic Pool
Our lovely pool is home of the Chantilly Highlands Dolphins Swim Team. Additionally, we have a baby pool for small children.
