Chantilly Highlands is located in Oak Hill, Virginia. Our neighborhood has 909 single family homes built between 1980 – 1994. Our streets are lined with sidewalks and lights. Amenities include a playground (that was recently renovated) with picnic benches. Tennis courts, along with a beautiful Community Center. There is a pool, baby pool, and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood.
Chantilly Highlands is in Fairfax County’s Sully District. It is bounded by the Fairfax County Parkway to the east, Centerville Road to the west, McLearen Road to the north, and Franklin Farm Road to the south.
Everything is convenient to Chantilly Highlands. A Giant Supermarket, 5 restaurants, a Starbucks and more, are located less than a 1/4 mile to the east, at Franklin Farm Village Center. Additionally, Food Lion, CVS, a childcare center, restaurants, and more are just north on Centreville Road. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, Fair Oaks Mall and Fair Lakes Shopping Center are nearby. Fairfax Connector buses provide AM/PM rush hour service to Metro.
Our elementary school children attend Oak Hill Elementary School, on Kinross Circle in the center of our neighborhood. Our children also attend Franklin Middle School, Rachel Carson Middle School. and Chantilly High School.
All Homeowners in Chantilly Highlands are members of the Chantilly Highlands Homes Association (CHHA) and are obligated to abide by the Covenants and Bylaws of CHHA, including but not limited to the payment of Annual Dues (currently $423.36 per year), and compliance with the Architectural Control Guidelines. Restrictive covenants and bylaws help to preserve the Community’s unique character, enhance its amenities, and protect the investment of its homeowners.
