As announced in the August 2022 Newsletter, the Board accepted a proposal by which we would switch to a bimonthly schedule, with
- the Board meeting, in odd numbered months
- the Highlander published in even numbered months, with an extra Highlander published in May for the pool opening and swim team registration.
A unanimous Board can pass resolutions by email between meetings should the need arise.
Starting August 2022, the Highlander and the HOA Board meetings will be bimonthly. The next Board meeting will be on September 7; the August meeting is canceled.
The reduced frequency will require better preparation and planning from everyone involved, and require us to use the chha.org website and email more for timely communications.
