Requests for Resale Document Packages

To order a resale package, statement of account or lender questionnaire, please visit CAMP’s website at, scroll to the bottom and click on the Closing Portal. The fee(s) for resale products are collected during the settlement process and not when the order is placed. If possible, it’s preferable for your Real Estate agent to complete the request because they have information needed you may not know.

NOTE: If you are a homeowner ordering a resale product in the Closing Portal and you have established a login for the Resident Portal, you will need to use an alternate email address.
