At times the HOA receives requests regarding trimming of the bushes which are partially blocking the sidewalks over the stream at the upper and lower loop of Kinross Circle. These areas are the responsibility of VDOT. There is a handy interactive map which tells you the jurisdiction of any area.

Using this map and after several inquiries, it has been determined that these two areas of the sidewalk are the responsibility of VDOT. Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online portal.
