Some highlights from 2023 and changes for 2024
- Social events were popular and well attended: Spring Egg Hunt, Holi, National Night Out, Trunk or Treat and Santa on a Firetruck. Many thanks to the volunteers who made these possible.
- Newsletter has been moved to electronic format (https://www.chha.org/last-printed-highlander/).
- FAQs and other sections of chha.org have been expanded and updated.
- Dolphins had a very successful year – winning numerous awards and moving up a division to the White Division.
- Management continues to accept updates to resident’s contact information. The goal is to be able to efficiently contact all 909 households.
- Reminder assessment statements will be coming in the mail in February. Be sure to read the back of the assessment letter for additional information.
- HOA assessments are due March 1st and are considered late after March 30th. You can access your statement and pay your account from your owner’s portal.
We need your HELP! Please consider volunteering for a board position, or as a committee member. We also need subject experts for several new projects the HOA is evaluating. Please let us know if you are interested in getting involved: chhafeedback@chha.org.
