Requests for Resale Document Packages
Effective July 1 2023, the Virginia Resale Disclosure Act requires that Home Owner Associations publish that a resale certificate fee of $317 (set and mandated by the state) be paid by the seller to the HOA’s management company. This fee will be itemized as part of the seller’s closing costs.
To order a resale package, statement of account or lender questionnaire, please visit CAMP’s website at www.gocampmgmt.com -> Logins and select Closing Portal. If possible, it’s preferable for your Real Estate agent to complete the request because they have information needed which you may not know.
