Note – due to repairs, the fit is altered so you may find it harder to open. Try these tips if you are having trouble opening the gate:
- Turn thumb handle PAST vertical until you feel a “click”
- Push inwards on the door slightly as you turn
- If you have trouble at first, please try again. It has been tested and confirmed to be functional.
Be sure it latches behind you when you leave. It does not latch as easily as it did before.
