Our HOA website, chha.org is maintained by the HOA and has two sides – one side anyone can access and get basic information about the community. The other, “private” side is accessed by a shared username and password and contains information such as the newsletter and tennis court code.
Login credentials for this “private” side are conveyed to the residents in the annual dues letter. If you live in CH, email the office and provide your name and address and whether you are an owner or a tenant. Upon verification, you will be provided the login information.
The Owner’s Account Portal, is maintained by CAMP, our community’s management company. In the Portal, you have owner-related functions such as looking up and paying your dues, printing statements and editing your contact information.
