The bushes (euonymus) which are adjacent to the sidewalks over the stream at the upper and lower loop of Kinross Circle sometimes become overgrown and partially block the path. These areas are the responsibility of VDOT. See this page to learn more.

Fairfax County has developed a new “Streetlight Reporting Map” which identifies all streetlights on public streets. This map shows which organization is responsible for the maintenance and how to report an issue.
If you do not have online access, or are unable to access the map above, Dominion Energy Virginia maintains public streetlights in CH. Look for the label affixed to the light pole for the unique code identifying that pole. Here are some examples:

Exterior Alteration Request (EAR) is the form for requesting approval to make changes to the exterior of your home.

Yes. Any change to the exterior of your house requires approval by the Architecture Control Committee (ACC) and must meet the ACC Guidelines. Submit an Exterior Alteration Request (EAR) form to the ACC for approval, prior to beginning the work.
Yes, all residents are encouraged to attend board meetings. Meetings are held VIRTUALLY on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm.
